Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations/Changes
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your order...
UK Orders -
You have 14 days upon receiving your order to request a return/refund by contacting us at email@example.com. Once the request has been accepted by ourselves, you then have another 14 days to return the item/s back to us before your refund is processed.
We will be able to accept refunds under the following circumstances...
- Item is faulty/ damaged
- Item is not as described in our description
- Within 14 days of customer receiving the item
We are unable to accept refunds if...
- Item does not fit (measurements of items are clearly stated on all items)
- You have changed your mind on an item
- You have not contacted us to request a refund (items sent back to us without prior email will no be refunded)
- Refund is requested outside of the 14 day returns period
- The item you are requesting to return was a discounted sale item (we will still accept a return on a faulty sale item)
Customers that haven’t requested a return/refund, or sent the item/s back after the 14 day period, will then be unable to receive a refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide return labels at this time, therefore customers are responsible for paying the return postage; we advise tracked shipping.*

We require the item back in its original condition, within 14 days of us acknowledging the return request.
Once we have received your returned package, your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
We are happy to exchange items, if the new item is the same price as your original purchase then all that is needed is to send an email to us, send your original item to our address and upon receiving that item we will send you your new item. New items that are more than your original purchase can be exchanged but the difference will have to be paid and vis versa for items under the original amount.
International Orders -
Unfortunately we are unable to provide returns/refunds of any kind for international orders. However, if there is a major issue with your shipping or product itself, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our very best to resolve any problems you have with your order.

If you wish to cancel, or change your order, please email us ASAP at email@example.com with your order reference number. Please note that once you have received your shipping confirmation email, you cannot cancel or amend your order, so please ensure all your order and shipping details are correct.
Please note that we may refuse a refund if the item is returned in a different, or worse, condition than when it was sent; the item/s must be in their original condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to us undamaged.
